IceSpire Fort
Moving north into the mountains, Tyrael and Ruby recover from their battle with the Rune Druids and their goblin hoard. Deep in the northern reaches of the mountains they covered themselves with warmth and headed toward the crumbling and ancient IceSpire Fort.
Once close they spotted a small patrol of 2 of the beasts they had heard of in Gobblebrook called "Trempos" which seemed like large white furry ogres that held ice weapons. Slicing their way through the beasts it was clear these Trempo's had taken up a residence inside the fort. Massive ice tunnels that seemed to crash through the ancient elven structure opened up passageways into Trempo territory. Seeing dangerous ice sloping toward a deep hole and Trempo's easily gripping the slippery ice, the two explored other areas of the fort.
They cam to discover strange ice coated elven beings frozen in position throughout the fort. Once within eye contact of the still beings, they came to live with frightening speed and an intention to destroy intruders of their ancient fort.
Throughout several chambers of the fort, they continued to find these beings until it became clear that a powerful curse had been put on the fort, leaving these ice elves in a perpetual state of protecting the fort from intruders trapped by the magic of the ice. Destroying the beings was actually freeing them from the curse. They continued to destroy all the cursed elves until it released what appeared to be a RUNED ONE from ancient times that was the lord of the fort named Skenneth Greydawn.
He thanked the two of them for freeing his people, and heeded them a warning, that beneath this fort lied an Elzar Rune Circle, and the purpose of Cranabus cursing this fort as they were once the protectors of that power. He warned them to stay away and leave this place now
